The Piqua Public Library is located in the Fort Piqua Plaza, at the northwest corner of the square. The library is funded by the State of Ohio and they have in excess of 110,000 books on hand.
The library has several children's activities such as:

The library has a Maker Space, available to library patrons with a reservation, with the following resources:

- Sewing & Embroidery
The library is governed by a seven member Board of Trustees whom are appointed by the Piqua Board of Education.
