Piqua Police BuildingThe Piqua Police Department is a full-time municipal police agency, which provides comprehensive law enforcement services and programs for the City of Piqua. Piqua has a Council-Manager form of local government and the Police Chief reports to the City Manager. Community policing and problem-solving are core philosophies of the department. The Piqua Police Department is under the leadership of Police Chief Rick Byron, CLEE.
