Planning and Zoning Division

The Planning & Zoning Division of the Community Services Department provides a variety of services to residents, businesses, and the community.  The Planning and Zoning Division manages the long-term planning efforts of the City of Piqua, along with managing the Development Code and Property Maintenance Codes.  The division provides services to the community in the following areas:
