Prospective Purchaser Supporting Documentation
The Prospective Purchaser must also submit the following to be considered for qualification:

• Financial Statements- documents providing evidence of the financial capability or capacity to complete revitalization projects.

• Project Portfolio- relevant experience with similar projects. Please include photos or other visuals.

• Development Team Qualifications- include any resumes of key personnel associated with the entity.

• Letters of Reference- submit at least two (2) separate professional references from persons who are familiar with the work of the entity.

Disposition of Properties
Upon receipt of the application materials, the Piqua Improvement Corporation (PIC) will review and determine the Prospective Purchasers eligibility. After review, the Board will recommend approving the prospective purchaser as qualified, requesting additional information, or rejecting the prospective purchaser as ineligible. The Prospective Purchaser will e notified whether or not they have qualified.

A prospective purchaser who has previously qualified for a transfer based on the criteria above will be considered pre-qualified and may not be required to duplicate those efforts for any future transfers. All pre-qualified prospective purchasers are qualified for the purposes of those policies and procedures.

A pre-qualified prospective purchaser is not guaranteed a property transfer. A pre-qualified prospective purchaser shall be required to provide to all other requirements concerning proposal submittals and execution of agreements prior to disposition.

PIC shall review pre-qualified prospective purchasers from time to time and retains sole discretion to require a prospective purchaser to follow the standard qualification procedure prior to any transfer.
