French Park was formed in 2001 on land generously donated by the French Oil Mill Machinery Company and the French family. Located at the corner of West Water and Steele streets, the park features parking, restrooms, picnic area and open green space.

French Park is an access point for the bike path, located at the intersection of the east-west and north-south routes of the Linear Park system.
