The Community Development division is responsible for:

  • Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program (CHIP)
  • Fair Housing
  • Landlord-Tenant Rights & Responsibilities Under Ohio Law
  • Rapid Outreach Revolving Loan Fund
  • Small Business Grant Program

These programs revolve around one simple premise; provide tools and resources to the City's households and businesses which facilitate reinvestment within the community.

From assisting homeowners to make small repairs to their homes to providing new start-up businesses the necessary capital to kick start their dreams. These programs revolve around the citizens to help grow our local economy, improve the condition of our neighborhoods, and to strengthen our community.
