PIC Land Reutilization Program

Land Reutilization Program

The Piqua Land Reutilization Program utilizes Ohio Revised Code Chapter 5722 to restore nonproductive lands (typically unoccupied parcels with delinquent property taxes) to a productive status. This is accomplished through a foreclosure process that enables the conveyance of a clear title to the electing subdivision. Properties with no delinquent property taxes may also be accepted by the program.
