"Zoning Bulletin" 
The Planning & Zoning Office is pleased to present the Zoning Bulletin. This succinct and easy to read handout prepared by the City of Piqua Development Office, is intended to provide the citizens of Piqua with information related to the most common basic zoning questions.

The topic of the inaugural edition was Garage Sales, Yard Sales, and Porch Sales. Future editions of the Zoning Bulletin will discuss Swimming Pools - Spas – Hot Tubs, Accessory Buildings, Fences, Landscaping, Decks – Patios – Porches, and Driveways.
