I.D. is required. If you do not own the property at which you
wish to apply for service, you may do one of the following: |

| Residential |

- Provide a deposit of $150.00 for
electric service and $40.00 for water service.
- Provide a guarantor for you
account. The guarantor must have current utility
service with the City of Piqua, own their property by deed,
and have an acceptable credit record.
- Provide a "letter of credit"
from your previous utility company.

- Provide a deposit of $200.00 for
electric service and $50.00 for
water service.
- Provide a guarantor for you
account. The guarantor must have current utility
service with the City of Piqua, own their property by deed,
and have an acceptable credit record.
- Provide a "letter of credit"
from your previous utility company.

in cash or letter of credit for electric and water service.
