Utility Rates
 
The rates that the City of Piqua charges for utilities have been set by the City Commission.

The charter for the City calls for this in declaring: "The charges, rates and terms of service pursuant to which the city furnishes the various utilities to its residential, commercial and industrial consumers, shall be in accordance with rates currently adopted by ordinance".

Any modifications or changes to rates must be approved by the City Commission.
