The Utility Business Office is responsible for having all City water and electric meters read and billed for City utility services, including wastewater and refuse.  The office receives payments, processes new service and change service requests, and handles other issues relating to utility billings and services.

Charges for the services listed above are billed to our customers each month.  Utility bills are due within 10 days from the date of billing.  A 5% late fee will be applied to any payment made after the due date.

The City also offers special discounts to senior citizens.
