The City publishes a
four-page newsletter that communicates vital information involving
city business to its shareholders, its citizens. It is published
quarterly and delivered to each household. It is named "The
Spirit" because the people of Piqua have always demonstrated
a tremendous spirit of volunteerism and community mindedness.
"The Spirit" is a way to show the citizens what their city is accomplishing.
