Senior/Disabled Citizen Discount
 
The City of Piqua Utility Office provides a Senior Citizens Discount to our customers that are age 62 years of age or older and that also meet the current income guidelines. Benefits include:
 
5% monthly discount on the electric, water, and sewer portions of your utility bill
 
No monthly late fee
 
A reduced refuse rate of $8.59
