City of Piqua Street Department
404 Asphalt Replacement Policy
  
Effective immediately, the contractor will be responsible for replacing 404 asphalt in front of new curb and gutter.

If the contractor performs the work, the contractor must contact the City of Piqua Street Department for inspection. All inspections must be arranged 24 hours in advance. The Street Department can be contacted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at (937) 778-2095.

The contractor must contact the Street Department at least 1-week in advance for any asphalt replacement done by the City.

The following costs will apply:

404 Hotmix @ $24. per ton minimum 2 tons $ 48.00
Labor @ $45.13 per hour  minimum 2 hrs $90.26
Truck   $30.00
Roller   $20.00
  TOTAL $188.26
Minimum charge - 100 Lf.
