The City of Piqua Purchasing Department establishes, administers, and executes city purchasing policies for the procurement of services, supplies, materials, and equipment of desired grade and quality, at prices favorable to the city.

The department coordinates other activities such as property and fleet management. We also sell excess inventory and used asset items online via public auction at GovDeals - Government Surplus Auctions.
