City of Piqua Press Releases  Release Date: September 25, 2012   Buffalo Wings & Rings to Break Ground on September 27, 2012 on its Piqua Restaurant   Buffalo Wings & Rings will host a Groundbreaking Ceremony on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the site of its newest location at 989 East Ash Street in front of the Miami Valley Centre Mall at Riverside Place. Representatives from the City of Piqua and the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce will join Buffalo Wings & Rings company representatives as they begin construction on their newest location in Piqua. The public is welcome to watch the Groundbreaking Ceremony from the parking lot in front of Riverside Place.      Back to Press Releases
