The ramp from US 36 to I-75 south
will be closed beginning Monday, September 10th at 7 pm. The
affected ramp is scheduled to reopen to motorists Tuesday,
September 11th at 7 am. One lane of I-75 southbound will also be
closed at that location during that time.
This ramp closure is due to a
culvert replacement in that area.
The official detour during this
ramp closure is: US 36 east to Looney Road north to CR 25A west
to I-75 south
Arrow boards and signs will be in
place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming
closure. Law enforcement will be on hand to monitor traffic
flow. All work is weather permitting.
Safety is a top priority at ODOT.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as
the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce
their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through
the work zone.
