The Street reconstruction consists of the excavation of the existing street material and placement of new street base, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, new fire hydrants, water service work, concrete curb and gutter, new asphalt surface and new sidewalks.

Access to local residents will be maintained throughout the duration of the project; however at different times during the construction process drive approaches located within the project may be impassable. The street access to local residents will be from the streets of Robinson and Lindsay. The anticipated conclusion of the project is December 2009.
