The registration period for the
Infrastructure module of the Piqua Government Academy is now
open. This part of the academy starts on August 7th and will
finish September 4th. In these sessions, participants will learn
more about the engineering, public works and power system
services provided by the City of Piqua.
"The Piqua Government
Academy has developed a tradition of providing a rich experience
for participants. Through this module, our participants are
going to get an inside look at how our Engineering, Public Works
and Power System departments operate through some amazing
experiences," stated William Lutz, Development Program
Manager, who is managing the academy. "Participants will
see our facilities and understand the work we do on a daily
basis," added Lutz.
The program will be held on
August 7th, August 21st, August 28th and September 4th; each
session beings at 6:00 p.m. Participants can register on-line
for the program through the city website
