City of Piqua Press Releases  Release Date: February 7, 2013   From the Miami County Historical & Genealogical Society:  MCHGS February Meeting   The Miami County Historical and Genealogical Society invites you to it's February meeting featuring Fletcher, OH author and lecturer Scott Trostle. On this years 100 th anniversary of the 1913 flood, he will be recounting events from the flood from his newest book, "And Through the Black Night of Terror." All of Trostle's books will be available after the program.  The meeting will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at 6:30 pm at the Piqua Library, 116 West High St. Piqua, in the Louis Room.
