City-Wide Clean-up is a
public service for citizens to dispose of materials from normal
residential use generated at the property.
Materials should be placed behind the curb, or at the
edge of pavement for streets which do not have curb. They are
not to be placed in alleys.
Materials should be separated
at the curb into the following piles:
Clean hard fill (concrete, asphalt, brick, block, stone)
Yard waste (brush, grass clippings, stumps, limbs cut
into four-foot pieces and bundled)
Miscellaneous debris (metal, tires, wood, other)

annually. Please check for your pick-up date - see attached map.
Materials must be set as scheduled. Crews can not backtrack or
make a second round.
How City-Wide Clean-up is financed - It is financed by a
three-dollar fee paid once each year to the sanitation
department billed
to each residential utility account.
What City-Wide Clean-up is not

It is not for business purposes or for contractors.
It is not for items brought from outside the City.
It is not for junk vehicles, boats and similar items which are
not generated by normal residential property use.
It is not for large quantities of liquids (more than one gallon)
such as paint, motor oil, etc.
