City of Piqua Press Releases  Release Date: January 6, 2012   From The Piqua YWCA: YWCA Racial Justice Reading Circle Sponsoring Dr. Martin Luther King Day Event    The YWCA Racial Justice Reading Circle is sponsoring the 4th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Day event at the Piqua YWCA.  The event will take place at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 16, 2011 at the Piqua YWCA.  The featured speaker will be Judge Walter Rice of the US District Court - Southern District of Ohio.  Joseph Taylor, the Minister of Music at the Greater Allen AME Church in Dayton will also be featured in the community event.
