Police Chief Wayne R. Willcox, CLEE
 
Wayne R. Willcox is the City of Piqua Chief of Police.   Chief Willcox was promoted to Police Sergeant 1975 and to Police Lieutenant in 1979. Chief Willcox has over 30 years experience in the Department as a street officer, watch commander, command officer, and Deputy Chief in a variety of different capacities. He holds an Associate's Degree in Law Enforcement from Edison State College, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Northwestern University Traffic Institute School of Police Staff and Command, the Police Executive Leadership College, and the Certified Law Enforcement Executive (CLEE) Program through the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police.
