Neighborhood Stabilization Program
 
The City of Piqua recently received a $373,000 grant from the Ohio Department of Development and the Miami County Board of Commissioners to administer a local Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Under the program, the city plans to demolish up to sixteen units of housing that is vacant and dilapidated. If know of a property that is vacant, dilapidated and is creating a blighting influence in the neighborhood, please contact William Lutz, Development Program Manager.
