Located in Mote Park, this facility
contains both an auditorium and a lobby. They can be rented together or separately.
The auditorium
seats 100, and the lobby seats 35. A kitchen with
refrigerator and stove is available to both areas. This
facility is available for rent year round.
Auditorium Fee: $40.00 per day
on Weekdays

Mote Park Reservation Rules and Regulations
Please stay off of the stage. The
equipment behind the curtains does not belong to the Parks
Department.
There will be a Parks and Recreation
Department representative here to open and close the
building at the times you have scheduled. Please do
not leave the building unattended.
Turn off all inside lights when you
leave. Lobby lights are on #1 breaker inside breaker
box located across from Office door.
Put all trash in containers
provided. The Parks Department will dispose of trash.
Remove all food items from the
refrigerator and freezer.
Please do not turn on/off any other
breakers.
Put tables and chairs back as you have
found them.
Please remember that you are borrowing the
building and that other people might be using it after
you. Please respect it and leave it in the same condition
as you found it.
Reservation Policy
Reservations are accepted up to one year
in advance of date of use by calling the Parks and Recreation Department at 778-2085. People making a
reservation have
up to seven days after making reservation to pay a
nonrefundable deposit. The deposit is equal to 50% of
total rental fee. Balance of the rental fee must be paid
at least 30 days prior to reservation date. The rates
listed are based on a "per day or part thereof"
basis. Mote Park can be reserved
year-round.
