The "City Talk" program on Piqua TV5 during the week of July 19, 2010 featured City Manager Fred Enderle and Finance Director Cynthia Holtzapple discussing the municipal information software system that was awarded to Springbrook Software, Inc. at the July 20, 2010 City Commission meeting. The program covered the need for the computer system replacement, some of the benefits of the new system, the costs of the new system and the allocation of those costs to the City departments.
