City of Piqua Ohio Paying Utility Bills    City of Piqua Utility Bill   The City of Piqua Utility Business Office offers several payment options for city utility bills.  We have a direct payment system offered through BillPayer 2000.   Payments may be made in person at the office located in the Municipal Government Complex at 201 W.
