| Sealed proposals for
a Business Telephone System and Voice Processing System will be
received by the City of Piqua Purchasing Analyst, 201 West Water
Street, Piqua, Ohio, until 2:00 P.M., on Thursday, October 29,
2009 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Request for Proposal may be
obtained at the City of Piqua Purchasing Department, 201 W.
Water Street, Piqua, Ohio at no cost. You can also download a
copy of the RFP below.
Proposals must be signed and the
sealed envelope must be marked "RFP 9033 - Telephone
System."
Each Proposal must contain the
full name of the party or parties submitting the Bid and all
persons interested therein.
No Proposer shall withdraw his
proposal after the actual opening thereof.
The City reserves the right to
reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities in any
Proposal, and to accept any Proposal that is deemed by City to
be the lowest and best proposal for the City.
The proposal submitted must be
valid for thirty (30) days. A successful proposer shall enter
into a contract with the City of Piqua within thirty (30) days
of being notified that it was selected.
